1. What first inspired you to start your journey as a travel influencer?
In the lockdown of 2020, everything was shut down. My influencer friends coaxed me to try my hand at travel influencing since I travelled a lot but barely posted on social media. That’s how my journey began.
2. Out of all the destinations you’ve visited, which ones are your favorites?
There is still so much more to travel, but I have many favorites. I really loved the Maldives during my collaboration with Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and Bali, where I was hosted by Sheraton. And of course, Dubai will always remain an all-time favorite.
3. Can you share how travel has changed you personally?
Every city you travel to changes you — the people, the culture, the food. With every travel, I take a piece of the city with me.
4. How do you usually plan your trips?
I plan, research, and always prepare an itinerary before traveling.
5. Travel often teaches life lessons. What’s the most valuable one you’ve learned?
On a recent shoot near a waterfall, I slipped on the rocks and got minor injuries. The most important lesson: always be safe and never risk your life just for content.
6. You’ve collaborated with several hotels and luxury resorts. How do you usually choose them?
I usually choose luxury properties that have excelled in their service, and I’ve been lucky to work with some of the best brands like Taj Hotels, Marriott, Sheraton, and many more.
7. Do collaborations add to your travel experience?
Yes, collaborations often add to the entire experience of a city! As a travel influencer, I show people some of the best hotels and luxury resorts while also balancing my sightseeing of the city.
8. What kind of hospitality gestures make you feel at home when staying at a hotel?
It’s always the politeness and hospitality of the staff that make you feel welcome.
9. Have you ever faced challenges during collaborations?
I’ve been kind of fortunate that I’ve never faced challenges — brands totally trust me with the content I create.
10. How do your followers respond to your hotel and villa content?
My followers know I always share great hotel recommendations. They often ask me for an honest review so they can book with confidence. That’s the faith they have in me.
11. Looking ahead, what excites you most in travel?
I can never limit travel to a checklist or a box. I love luxury stays but also get excited by hidden gems. When I’m not collaborating, I often find rare places to eat, party, or stay. It’s always a mix for me, and I never want to limit myself.
